I. General Information
- LemonTech Sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw at Gaworowska 12, apt. 4, 03-353 Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number: 0000968392, establishes a Privacy Policy along with the rules of using the website www.lemontech.com.pl.
- Whenever this Privacy Policy refers to the website www.lemontech.com.pl, it includes all websites linked by www.lemontech.com.pl, which are administered by LemonTech Sp. z o.o. [hereinafter referred to as the "Service"].
- The data controller of the Service user's personal data (data provided in contact forms or orders, "Cookies", and other data processed in the Service) is LemonTech Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".

- a contract between you and the Administrator, the conclusion of which results from accepting the Terms and Conditions and for which the processing of your data is necessary (in the case of using the Service) or
- a sales contract concluded via the Administrator's online store, for the execution of which the processing of your data is necessary, or
- your consent, in the case of contact through one of the contact forms provided on the Service or
- the legitimate interest of the Administrator in processing your data for marketing purposes.
- The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data submitted to them.
- Your personal data are processed solely for the purposes related to the performance of the above-mentioned contracts and to undertake necessary actions before their conclusion or in connection with the realization of the Administrator's legitimate interest in the form of marketing their products or services.
- The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failing to provide them or not consenting to certain functionalities ("Cookies") will make it impossible to conclude and perform contracts or use the Service.
- Your data will be stored no longer than necessary, i.e., for a maximum period of 26 months, except for data contained in VAT invoices or other settlement documents issued by the Administrator, which will be stored for tax purposes or documents related to possible debt collection for a period of six years from the conclusion of the contract.
- The Administrator will disclose your data to recipients involved in hosting, courier, accounting, debt collection, insurance, legal, marketing, recruitment, IT, and administrative services, and payment system providers for transactions conducted via the online store.
- The Administrator will transfer your data to third countries (USA), but only to entities with an EU-US Privacy Shield certification (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). You have the right to obtain a copy of such data.
- You also have the right to request from the Administrator access to your data, their correction, transfer, and deletion, as well as the right to restrict data processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority concerning the processing of your personal data.
- Based on your personal data, the Administrator will make automated decisions about you, including decisions resulting from profiling, but only to the extent of selecting the language version of the Service and advertising offers based on your previous transactions and inquiries or other activities in the Administrator's services. These decisions do not have legal effects or similarly significantly affect your situation.
- You have the right to object at any time – for reasons related to your particular situation – to the processing of your personal data resulting from the Administrator's legitimate interests, including profiling. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
II. Cookies
- The Administrator, as the owner of the Service, may use "Cookies" while using these services. By using them and accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to the use of "Cookies".
- "Cookies" (cookies) are small computer data, particularly text files, sent by the website we visit, stored and kept on the end device (computer, laptop, smartphone) we use when browsing websites.
- In "Cookies", consisting of a series of letters and numbers, there are various informations necessary for the proper functioning of websites, e.g., those requiring authorization – including when logging into an email account or online store.
- The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Service User and accessing them is the Service operator or entities cooperating with it.
- All websites operating online – search engines, news pages, online stores, government agencies, and other public institutions, can operate properly thanks to the use of "Cookies".
- "Cookies" also enable, among others, remembering our preferences and personalizing websites in terms of displayed content and matching advertisements. Thanks to "Cookies", it is also possible to record products and services or vote in online surveys.
- Personal data collected using "Cookies" may be collected only for the purpose of performing specific functions for the user, such as remembering login to the service or remembering goods added to the shopping cart in the online store. Such data is encrypted in a way that prevents access by unauthorized persons.
- Cookies are used, among others, for:
- ensuring the proper functioning of services (e.g., maintaining the session, selecting the language version, improving performance, service speed, ensuring security),
- creating and analysing traffic statistics – our company (or our service provider) uses Google Analytics analytical services to find out whether the content presented by us is useful, what users are interested in, and how we can improve the operation of the Website. These information’s are used exclusively for statistical purposes. We do not use them to determine users' identities,
- displaying advertisements of our products, using social media plugins, etc. (e.g., playing Youtube videos, tools for sharing articles on Facebook or LinkedIn, Google Maps).
- Cookies placed on the end device of the Service User may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
- Cookies may be used by advertising networks, particularly the Google network, to display advertisements tailored to the way the user uses the Service. To this end, they may keep information about the user's navigation path or the time spent on a particular page. Regarding the user preferences information collected by the Google advertising network, the user can browse and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
- In the Service, two basic types of cookies are used:
- "session" (session cookies) – are temporary files that are stored on the end device of the User until logging out, leaving the website, or turning off the software (web browser),
- "permanent" (persistent cookies) – are files stored on the end device of the User for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
- You can make changes in the scope of "Cookies", including withdrawing consent for the use of "Cookies" by selecting the appropriate settings in the web browser you use (in most cases, this option is found in Tools or browser Preferences menu). The web browser also allows the deletion of cookies. Moreover, there are browser add-ons blocking, for example, Google Analytics. Remember, however, that disabling "Cookies" may cause difficulties or even make it impossible to use the website.
- To manage cookie settings, select from the list below the web browser/system and follow the instructions:

In the main window of the application, we select Tools> Internet Options> Privacy In the Settings area, move the slider all the way up. This way, we will block all cookies. Click the OK button. - Chrome
In the main window of the browser (upper right corner), click on the Google Chrome Settings icon. We select the Settings tab> Show advanced settings In the Privacy section> Content settings In the Cookies option, we select "Block cookies and data from third-party sites" We select the Done button. - Firefox
In the main window of the program, we click on Tools> Options> Privacy We select the option "Firefox will use user settings", the first position "Always use private mode" and the last position "Accept cookies" must be unchecked (i.e., next to them must be an empty square) In the Settings area, move the slider all the way up. This way, we will block all cookies. Click the OK button. - Safari
In the Safari dropdown menu, you must select Preferences> Security Here you select the security level in the "Accept cookies" area. - Opera

III. Online Forms
- You can submit your personal data to the Administrator using forms that are or may be provided in the Service, specifically:
- Contact forms
Data submitted within the contact form are processed to respond to the sent correspondence. Data provided in the contact form will be processed until the consent is revoked or a request for data deletion is submitted. - Recruitment forms
Data submitted in such a form are processed exclusively for the purposes of a specific recruitment and are deleted within three months from its completion. However, they may be used by the Administrator for future recruitments for the same or similar position for a period of one year from the end of the calendar year in which the recruitment was completed, if you consent to this when filling out the form.
- Contact forms
- You may voluntarily consent to the processing of personal data provided in the forms for marketing purposes by marking the appropriate consents in the part of the form described as formal consents. Consents will be processed until they are revoked.
- If you send any email correspondence to the Administrator that is not related to the services provided on your behalf or any other contract concluded with you, personal data contained in this correspondence will be processed solely for the purpose of communication and handling the matter concerned. These data will be processed for a period justified by the needs of the Administrator, but no longer than until you revoke your consent to their processing or submit a request for their deletion.
IV. Other functionalities of the services
Using the Service also involves sending queries to the server on which our services are stored. Each query directed to the server is recorded in the server logs. Logs are also collected by the engine of the website installed on the server and your computer, laptop, or other devices, through which you use the Internet. Logs include, among others, the user's IP address, date and time of the server, information about the internet browser and operating system used by the user. Logs recorded and stored on the server, and data therein, are not associated with specific individuals using the Service and are not used by the Administrator to identify the user, but constitute auxiliary material for administering the Service, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than entities authorized to administer the server.
V. Children below the age of 16
We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of children, especially online. The Service is intended for children below the age of 16. One of the principles of LemonTech Sp. z o.o.'s policy in this regard is to refrain from deliberately collecting or storing data about individuals under the age of 16.
