PCB Design
We design printed circuits: multilayer, rigid-flex, and flexible. We execute projects for demanding low-noise, industrial, and microwave applications. We have experience with gigabit digital signals and high-speed class interfaces. Signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC issues are not unfamiliar to us.
Firmware
We create software for ARM platforms for the STM32 microcontroller series, Renesas RZ, iMX. We optimize the software architecture for a specific project: "bare-metal", RTOS, and Linux Embedded.
We carry out projects based on the EN 62304 standard. We also design firmware for FPGA circuits in VHDL and Verilog languages.
Designing Enclosures and Mechanical Components
We design enclosures and other mechanical details. We optimize the design in terms of aesthetic, ergonomic, and functional requirements. We create prototypes of mechanical components. We can assist in conducting tests for sealing, impact resistance, and vibration.
Prototype Launch and Mass Production
We assist in the deployment of devices and their implementation into mass production. We optimize projects for production, considering assembly processes – reflow soldering, wave, or selective soldering. We can help select conformal coatings for your application. We will design production testers and develop an appropriate equipment testing procedure.
Equipment Testing
We have a rich base of testing and measuring equipment. This allows us to precisely conduct tests across a wide range of electrical parameters. We will test and fine-tune your radio system. We can measure the current consumption with pA resolution that your device draws.
We also perform specialized audits of electronic devices.
Device Redesign / Project Verification
Redesigning or changing components, also designing a "lower-end" version compared to the basic version.
